Preseason Conditioning and Small Group Skill Development Activities


Weekly Scheudle  (September-October)

- Mondays 7-9pm: Skill Development (2 sessions, 4 players each session)

- Tuesdays, 3:45-5:00 Conditioning on Track

- Wednesday, 7:45-8:45 Skill Development

- Thursdays, 3:45-5:00 Conditioning on Track

- Saturdays, 10am-12pm  Open Gym



*For up-to-date times and changes via text message, text Coach Zorio (408) 621-7421 and provide your full name.  He will then invite you to the GroupMe group.  You can downlowd the GroupMe app from the AppStore and recieve up to the minute info.



****You must have your athletic partipation physical completed, signed by a physician, uploaded to SportsNet and approved by ASB Office before starting any activity with boys basketball ***
