Alexa Watanabe(Sobrato) no.1 seed made a clean sweep to remain Champion defeating Marie Lewis (Live Oak) 6-1, 6-0 in the last match of the B Division Championships at Mt. Pleasant High School.
Marie Lewis(Live Oak) came in second place after reaching the finals and then being defeated by Watanabe of Sobrato.
Having an unfortunate placement in the upper half of the BVAL Singles tournament and playing her own team mate Alexa Watanabe(Sobrato), Ali Pecsok (Sobrato) was defeated by Watanabe 6-4,6-3. Ali Pecsok (Sobrato)defeated Eileen Doan (Oak Grove) 6-1,6-4 to capture No. 3 position in the tournament and was also seeded no. 3 going into the Singles Tournament.
